Tina began her career in HR within the London head office of a large retail group. She moved to the accounts department of an investment bank, eventually managing a small team. In 1993 Tina joined a specialist banking recruitment company running a busy temporary desk. Returning to Norfolk in 1995, she worked for a national agency progressing to Business Director and assisted in the successful start-up of niche finance recruiters. Relocating to Brechin to be near family, Tina joined Hutcheon Mearns in 2021 to focus on expansion in Greater Dundee and Angus. She also maintains contact with key clients in East Anglia. She has recruited permanent and temporary finance staff at all levels.
